I made home made chips and a home made chorizo kiev last night, and it was GOOOD.
Why hasn't anyone invented Egg Yolk Sauce? It would be so good, you just squeeze it out the bottle and you've got egg yolk, maybe even heat it up to change consitancy. I've thought about this for years and years now, I'd be a rich man if I bought this to market. It'll be good for cooking too, enriching dishes. Add pamazam and BO-YA-KA-SHA, instant carbonara.

I would love to do a Food Bash, but they'd be arguements over oven tempratures. A few years ago I tried to oraganise a Picknick Bash, only Spackerman turned up, no one else did, not even me. I think I'd like to try doing that again, only with people showing up and stuff.

You organized a bash and you didn't go?
Am I going to be on my own on Sunday at the Sushi place?

I think we should make clear that each one cooks as he/she wants, and nobody can comment on it until the dish is finished.

To be fair, nobody signed up except the troll-the-calendar lot, so I wasn't exactly going to turn up in the hope that someone changed their minds.

I see
When I have a place in Redhill we can do a food bash, but only if you promisse you'll go.

Sounds good =)

OK
I'll mention it to Mark before doing promisses, as the flat is not too big, but can probably hold 15-20 of us.

Then we can play Wii Sing It or Just Dance and burn the calories!

You can buy egg yolks in a bottle
Also the sauce would basically be bearnaise

Butter + Choizo - Blender, Blitz, cut hole in chicken, stuff, cover in flour, egg, panko, egg, panko, deep fry.
=D I stole the idea off James Martin.
