Seeing as no one has done a starter, here are a few ideas.
- Crispy fried ravioli
- If I can get a whole bunch of chicken skins from the butchers, i'd make chicken scratchings, or maybe pork scratchings, that are flavoured with teryakki or mustard
- Goyaza and spring rolls
