because I remembered how much I love wine. Don't get pissed often though.
I've been eating toast for breakfast and soup for lunch for a couple of years probably, and that has seen me right.
I'm down to 13 stone 2 pounds or so, and for some who is 6'2 and genuinely big-boned, that isn't bad

it's about as calorie free as it gets.
but booze isn't my problem, eating out pretty much 7 nights a week and often having client/colleague lunches is much more my issue. doom.

I stopped pretty much drinking anything for about 6 months a few years ago and made a monumental tolerance mistake when at a Christmas do

I drank about 5 G&Ts, a bottle of red, most of a bottle of white and about 10 bottles of Becks. Magic taxi ride home + 2 day hangover
