motivation is the most tricky thing.I basically lost 3 stone by drinking less and smoking more though, so didn't really struggle with motivation.
eating out, or takeaway stuff isn't good though, even in places with healthy ingredients, because they still use a significant amount of oil and butter and stuff, and it is surprising how quickly that shit adds up.
