just got back from my mates house, lovely evening all round. Do you see your friends as often as you should?

Alt q: for the singles out there have you lost touch with any friends who are in a couple?

My mate Ste popped round this evening.
We gayed it up in the kitchen and cooked a stupendous lamb rendang with twice-cooked rice.
Spicier than planned, f'naar f'naar, but utterly nomtastic.
And the chapattis were fab.

I did once know a lad who was so spineless his missus managed to manipulate him out of having friends or a job.

my best friend Kate and I try to see each other once a week for a cuppa and donuts.
but I can't really see my english friends as much as I'd like. I really miss Lampito and Amberl and BGB. They're all so lovely.
