so far the tastiest one I've eaten has been the liver of a tortured goose.

foie gras?
I wonder what they do with the rest of the goose. Do you think it would be worth eating?

no idea
I quite like goose, but wouldn't want to eat it often

I am going to get some duck breasts
and make some kind of 5 spice stir fry thing I think. Nick the fat for roasties too

I still have half a jar of goose fat from Easter last year
the amount of fat that came off that bastard was unbelievable.

Carving it was good though. Basically poked it with a knife and it fell apart

I've no idea, but he would probably try.
I don't think he'll be offering it at his restaurant though.

Of course! Roast goose was the traditional English Xmas dish until turkey took over.

(, Wed 13 Apr 2011, 11:39, Reply)
I know that., silly
I meant, specifically the tortured goose that had been over-fattened so we could eat its tasty, tasty liver.
(, Wed 13 Apr 2011, 11:41, Reply)
It would seem a waste not too really
