So I had to replace my router recently
I got one of these as it was cheap - www.play.com/PC/PCs/4-/15572388/Belkin-G-Wireless-ADSL-Modem-Router-with-Easy-Set-Up-54Mbps-Transfer-Speed/Product.html?_%24ja=tsid:11518%7Ccat:15572388%7Cprd:15572388

My internet nows seems slower than AA's brain, have i been fucked by buying cheaply?

Make sure the router's got the most recent firmware by visiting the manufacturer's website and honking like a goose.

It'll be a config issue of some description, the hardware will be designed to run at three quarters of the speed of light.

Does it have an export
config settings? Could be that it's mushing with another channel, or something along those lines.

If you could run down the settings on the wireless page (or take a screenshot) that would be great.
