So I had to replace my router recently
I got one of these as it was cheap -

Make sure the router's got the most recent firmware by visiting the manufacturer's website and honking like a goose.

Does it have an export
config settings? Could be that it's mushing with another channel, or something along those lines.
If you could run down the settings on the wireless page (or take a screenshot) that would be great.
