No, noVinegar, oil, mustard, pepper, vegetable stock, soft peeled potatoes. You're supposed to add onions as well, but I didn't have any.

Oh yum !One of my old flatmates made potato salad pretty much just like that, and mixed in the sauce while it was still warm, it was soo lush.
Another nice things he made was gwakimoli with bacon and mayo, to put in potato jacket.
