tomorrow i have the personal trainer at 10, then shopping for something to wear, then tidying my bedroom all day, then about 6pm i have a large gang of girls coming over for pizza and my new cocktail (champagne, sparkling vodka and cassis), then going out somewhere, prob chelsea.

london is gorgeously sunny and people-free
well, the centre is. the bits around chiswick and richmond were heaving, but you're prob not going there!
