You're moving to America?
Or is it really A FLAT?

Pfft. Apparently a flat has a separate kitchen
and an apartment is open-plan so nerrrr.

You mean bed-sit.

What you have there is a studio flat.

I mean 'bed-sit'.
You fucking vagrant.
(, Fri 6 May 2011, 12:52, Reply)
separate bedroom
un-separate kitchen. You mong.

Best of luck with your condominium

'Un-separate'?
Integrated? I may indeed be a mong but I am at least literate.
(, Fri 6 May 2011, 13:12, Reply)
It was a literary device to highlight the contrast with the bedroom
I will admit that while I thought there was a technical difference between a flat and an apartment, I'm probably wrong and apartment is just the American term for a flat.

And studio apartment is the American term for a bed-sit.
