It's my insides, my back feels like, erm, you know when you need to click your fingers or something but you can't, and someone is pressing a really blunt object very strongly into it.my left hand side from my moobs down (my belly) feels like it's going to both explode and implode.

Yeah', I think so, had it 3 times last year and it's the same thing.Well, I went into hospital 3 times with it, had these pains about 8-10 times but most of the times it cleared up on it's own.
