Beans on toast is good.
Cheesey beans on jacket potato is better.
Beans with a fry up, with a little brown sauce mixed in while cooking is best.

I agree with everything you say apart from the brown sauce.
Someone once recommended adding a knob of butter to beans whilst they cooked but I've never tried it.
