If you really want to know:
We discovered a MASSIVE problem with some scripts that our customers download, meaning that their live production systems would not work if they used them. I immediately asked for them to be taken down from the web as I have just been put in charge of them (these turned up on the web two days after I had told everyone not to put up new stuff). They decided it wasn't important enough to take them down, leading to 7 customers with no live systems
