do you happen to know any good ways of having rainbow trout?
i've got a few in and am just doing it with butter sauce at the moment, them fish gonna go horrid in a day or two and i dunno if i want the same thing again tomorrow.

ah soz,
i am learning to be a chef a bit, very slowly (from a kp level basically) and am trying to get enough skillz to get them to serve a whole meal made by me, to be honest, well you gotta have aims aint you.

I learnt how to make mushroom duxelles
from a shooters sandwich recipe in the guardian.

Some of that plus some blue cheese is fantastic stuffed in a chicken breast and wrapped in pancetta.
