hmmmm. Difficult.
Generally, without brackets, yeah, you multiply or divide first then carry out any other operations. So, yeah, I'd make that 10 not 24. But it's pretty confusing for someone to have not put the brackets in.

Oh god, now KFC does grilled skinless chicken, I wonder what they do with the skins?
