But 7 hours is perfectly acceptable, you'll get a few meals, watch a few films and have a snooze. The time will fly-by.

the flights I've looked at have all had me leaving friday night and arriving saturday morning, leaving monday morning, arriving monday afternoon

I'm too stupid to understand how it all works out.
