Can you get some no more woe-is-b3th?

I think a lot of my tiredness is down to iron and iodine deficiency. What's that other thing?

Some people can't make enough vitamin D.
Or in other cases people have something growing on one of their parathyroid glands (near the thyroid) and the vitamin D lowers itself to protect the body from excess calcium produced by the mental overgrown parathyroid. It can cause lots of bone problems. Including arthritis, osteomalacea, osteoporosis, depression, gastric sheeit, nasty cunty temper.

She's gagging for it. They all are.

I have super high dose vitamin D for three months.
If it does nowt then they'll scan me and see if there are like, I dunno, stalactites in there. Doc reckons it's more likely caused by my severe vit D deficiency. Finally! I have something! And it can be fixed!

I have quite a few of those symptoms. This is why my doctor thinks I'm a massive hypochondriac. I bet doctors hate google.

But they reckon tons of people have a deficiency. Some severe.
As a lifelong hypochondriac, it is wonderful to finally have my day.

I am convinced I am not right (and I know many will agree with this diagnosis) but I don't know what exactly is wrong.
I would love to wake up and have the energy to bound out of bed, and the enthusiasm to actually go out and do something. That would be cool.

but I got something. Now I have to remember to take pills everyday and that's hard work for an absent minded idiot

and only remember I haven't taken them by the third or fourth day when I start getting dizzy.

then leave them by the kettle. The idea being that I always make tea and will notice them. this is not always helpful when I go away somewhere

How the FUCK???
(And I didn't really want something. I've just known something wasn't right and it's nice to be told my hypochondria's paid off. Just being flippant there.)
