and it is delicious. Although I need some kind of jam-gauntlet for making the damn stuff, it spits and I always end up with a weird sort of burn pattern that makes it look like I have meningitis.

or sellotape a dishcloth to ones arm or something. I just put up with the spitting, but I'm sure there must be some way round it.
I made strawberry for the scones, but I also made strawberry, raspberry and cherry for putting in to bakewell tarts, cos I bloody love bakewell tart.
