the trick is to use a wide angle lens
it makes things closer to the lens look considerably bigger

I think I might add a 'photographing your genitals for internet distribution' module to my course next year

There is certainly an art to it
and looking down is not a flattering angle or so I tell myself I think if people had the guts you'd get quite a few customers.
