More or less at will. This would in theory enable me to escape from any straight jacket, but I've never been able to test this theory.

I'll buy it my self. I've wanted to test the theory since I saw Lethal Weapon 2, but real ones are ver ver expensive and I don't trust the ones you find on eBay to be proper.
