I had an idea (it had to happen once)
It was a food and hooker delivery service called Nosh and a Nosh, basically at the end of your night of drink and drug fun you go home a bit peckish and horny... you call Nosh 'n' Nosh and a pizza delivered by a hooker (possibly with more beer) arrives, you tuck into your deep pan and rest the box on her head while she goes to work.

It was voted Most Awesome Idea Ever by Macho Neighborhood 3 years running, if I recall.
