It's worse than Target.

(, Fri 15 Jul 2011, 10:21, 1 reply, 15 years ago)
You've never even BEEN to Target.

(, Fri 15 Jul 2011, 10:22, Reply)
We don't have Target over here, do we?
It's not a shop I recognise. But then, I do live out in Yokel country.
(, Fri 15 Jul 2011, 10:23, Reply)
No we don't.
It's a bit like Primark, but the quality isn't as shit.
(, Fri 15 Jul 2011, 10:25, Reply)
Nah you don't.
I like it. They have nice clothes. I got my purple winter coat from them. :D

I have to admit I bought shoes from Payless when I was in America. And a handbag.
I still have them. They're nice.
(, Fri 15 Jul 2011, 10:26, Reply)
Payless are here too
although the quality is awful. I bought a pair of grey ballet flats three months ago, and they're talking now.

You can't beat Aerosoles. They are soooo comfy.
I have this great pair of high heels from them, and I can spend all day in them without wanting to chop off my feet.
(, Fri 15 Jul 2011, 10:28, Reply)
I'm biologically incapable of wearing high heels.
I struggle with low heels, block heels... anything that's not flat.

In beakering news
I wore trainers for the whole weekend! This is a major step forward
(, Fri 15 Jul 2011, 10:33, Reply)
WOOO!
how are your feet now?
(, Fri 15 Jul 2011, 10:40, Reply)
Still shit but stable
I've learnt some handy techniques which mean I can walk further
(, Fri 15 Jul 2011, 10:49, Reply)
Errrr, yes I have
I still own a lovely warm Thinsulate Beany I bought in Target.
(, Fri 15 Jul 2011, 10:24, Reply)
wow, really?
When did you visit here?
(, Fri 15 Jul 2011, 10:26, Reply)
I visited for a month in 2003
then I lived there for a year between November 2003 and November 2004 which is where I met my now wife, then I went back for three weeks over New Year in 2008/2009, which is where I got engaged.

And I'm heading out again next Feb/March.

Where are you going?
Slash I had no idea your wife is aussie.
(, Fri 15 Jul 2011, 10:40, Reply)
Sydney.
The best city.

My cousin lives there, and now so does one of my best friends and her husband.
(, Fri 15 Jul 2011, 10:41, Reply)
Melbourne's better. You should go there.

(, Fri 15 Jul 2011, 10:44, Reply)
I've been there twice
it was warm and cold, respectively.

But it's not as good as Sydney.
