This question is a significant kick up the arse for me
as I am actually supposed to be working on a project at the moment. And abjectly failing to do any writing at all.
On the plus side, I did unearth the workbook with all my notes and scribblings the other day. This counts as progress in my world.

The best thing I have ever written is an epic poem, written in quatrains. It's a fairy tale story about a prince whose princess gets stolen by a bad guy, and his quest to go and rescue her. It was fucking amazing. I started a sequal too, but I got 3/4 of the way through and stopped.
