Sorry, I'm being very dramatic.
I just feel like I'm screwed because this came out of nowhere.
I mean, I had a feeling that something was going on, but they didn't sit me down and talk to me about it or anything, he just walked in and said "just so you know, you're going to need to find another job in about two weeks because Tony is coming to work here"

Sounds like a right prick to me.
I bet when he was being interviewed he was all like "Oh hello, my name's Tony and I'm brilliant!" then they were all like "oh wow, we bet you are!" then he was all like "I think this company and I will be a perfect match and have a long fulfilling relationship!" and then everyone swooned, vomited in ecstasy and passed out.
