I hate customer service, at least as it applies to my job
As far as i'm concerned, people should get what they're given and like it. None of this "this doesn't look right, I don't like the other, my name's spelt wrong blah blah" they should just be thankful that I'm letting them on my lovely clean network at all, the selfish wankers.

What I hated when working in a shop was that people would look at the price, ask you to confirm the price, and then tell you that they didn't like the price.

What did they want me to do? I was only a shop assistant. It's not like I could have changed the price on a whim. How often I wanted to say "That's the price. Either pay it or don't, but don't whine at me about it."

It doesn't sound like it here, but I was very good at customer service, and I would often go out of my way to help people who were polite.
