I'm going to use the words "Hoodies", which is the non-racial slur for a person from a london council estate/tower.
Last week a "hoodie" fired at a police man, and it hit the blokes radio and the bloke survived. The police shot back and killed the "hoodie". Some people went to protest in t'ham on saturday, which is fine and all that, but all the "hoodies" from the " 'states" decided to get involved and fuck shit up. They trashed T'ham high street and Wood Green. I reckon mob mentality took over, they saw a load of hoodies getting free shit from JB Sports and thought "I'll 'ave a bit of that", so the lot from enfield* decided to get involved and fucked up a lot there.

I have loads of mates who are amazed at the distruction, and are quite iffy about going out now, even though all the troubles are over until late tonight 'cus the Hoodies don't get up 'till 3 in the afternoon anyway. It's not unforeceable that it'll head up my way, except there are no big-name shops 'round here that they'd be interested in.

In a way, it's making a mockery of rioting, they're rioting based on what kind of free shit they can get, it's comercialisim in anarchy.

* Actually, I doubt it was people from enfield, probaly Ponder's End, which also got fucked up. Enfield has some nice and shit areas, I'm on the border of it. But anyway, you don't riot in your own streets and you don't fuck up your own doorstep.

The second one, I reckon, and the fact that they're after JB Sports rather than, say, the curries next door, shows how fucking thick they are.
You could carry a hell of a lot more in value of equipment from the electronics shops than you can in JB Sports.

Hah, if they kick off in S'gate, you can get some nice kabab or some chairty-shop clothes. Actually, there are a few computer/mobile phone shops, you wouldn't even get arrested as their stuff is all fenced anyway.
