Have you been using the riotsas a cover for any nefarious shenanigans of your own? My neighbour's baby is really pissing me off with its nocturnal howling, so am thinking of throwing a bin through her window, followed by molotov cocktail. Unfortunately I live in VERY rural Sussex.
