It's the sort of cut that gets you interested in cooking and where you buy your meat from.

It is absolutely the finest cut of beef for a roast/grill
As long as you aren't some kind of medium/well done Mary.

Barbecue it and serve it with frites and bernaise sauce.

Doing a C-d-B on the barbie would make for some proper good man-cooks-meat-outdoors photos too, I should think!
