Hey, i'm sure it has it's good points....greenery.... and I'm pretty sure you live near the sea.... that's nice. and there are a lot less people and scary things like that..... Bets I can do I'm afraid.
Oh and it's quite near the pier, which is good.

there is a pier in mumblesit has a big monkey on it which someone nicked years ago, then replaced sometime later, only now it had boobs and was wearing a red bikini
