The Colour of Magic was sporadically funny but seemed to have been written very much on the hoof, The Light Fantastic was better but still not amazing. Mort is proving good value so far though.

I like The Watch, Death and The witches in roughly that order, especially the later watch stuff when the characters flesh out some, Guards Guards is not that great
