I wasn't old enough, but I genuinely do miss tories of her generation and before. I may not have liked them but the stood up for what they believed in and didn't pretend to be anything else. I feel much the same (although more positively) about Tony Benn and Micheal Foot. I really, really hate pretty much any modern politicians, they're all Tony Blair with miner variations.

But he's an honest(ish) git. any polititian who punches(with just cause) a member of the electorate get's my vote. Actually I don't mean honest, I mean human, and I think I once heard him give a straight anstwer to a question once.
