Took me two hours to get home tonight.
Lots of sympathy for Kroney, please.

You need to put this into context
From where to where?
(, Mon 5 Sep 2011, 21:18, Reply)
Uxbridge to Guildford
M40, M25, A3. Usually takes about 45 minutes.

I had to go through Woking in the end. The horror.

I'll give you a bit of sympathy then
Mainly for the Woking thing - if you can find a pub in Woking I'll give you a prize.

My M25 best was five hours in the same place - just before the A23 junction.

I can find pubs in Woking, no bother
Pubs in Woking that aren't full to the rafters with BNP supporters, however, different matter.

The M25 was nose to tail from the M3 to well beyond the Woking junction. General rule is if it's slow to Woking, it's the A3 doing it. So I bailed.

is it just rain?

(, Mon 5 Sep 2011, 21:29, Reply)
More than likely
Or an accident caused by it. People can't drive.
(, Mon 5 Sep 2011, 21:30, Reply)
That's what I mean really
It's a long time ago but I remember trying to find a boozer near Woking station and being alarmed by the thug quotient.
(, Mon 5 Sep 2011, 21:33, Reply)
Woking is to Guildford
What Australia is to Victorian England.
(, Mon 5 Sep 2011, 21:34, Reply)
I don't know Guildford
But I'm liking that.

A bit Bradford - Leeds then.
(, Mon 5 Sep 2011, 21:37, Reply)
Or Hull - rest of Yorkshire.

(, Mon 5 Sep 2011, 22:05, Reply)
Hull is full of angry tattoed midgets
I'm 5'5" and felt like Gulliver in Hull.

It's hard to feel pity for such a perfect specimen of humanity.

(, Mon 5 Sep 2011, 21:18, Reply)
Oh b3th, you're feeling awkward because you've been dreaming about me again, aren't you
well, don't. You're only human. Anybody would understand.
(, Mon 5 Sep 2011, 21:22, Reply)
I was very confused.

(, Mon 5 Sep 2011, 21:25, Reply)
Sexily confused.

I'll see if I can fit you in somewhere.
My schedule is, of course, extremely busy.

Did the rain cause road and rail chaos?

(, Mon 5 Sep 2011, 21:23, Reply)
I hate motorways in the rain
people drive at 60 miles an hour even in light rain. It's ridiculous.

They do this because they're driving as close to the car in the front as they would in the dry and they're scared of hitting them. I can't understand where these people learn to drive.
(, Mon 5 Sep 2011, 21:24, Reply)
oh you poor thing
was that convincing?
(, Mon 5 Sep 2011, 21:23, Reply)
Not really, no.
And given the quality of the facts I laid on you yesterday, I'm disappointed.
(, Mon 5 Sep 2011, 21:25, Reply)
umm, they were good facts
how about *there there* ?
