Takes a real man to pull off a coat like that.
On that subject, do you thing top hat and tails to the next bash would be over doing it?

Possibly, yes.
I wear the coat on occasion on nights out, mainly in winter as it's nice and warm.

Sadly this cannot be said for the tail coat.

I used to have one years ago.
Sadly it shrunk in the wardrobe. You could probably get away with the coat, less so the top hat I feel.
