I thing the reaction to this over reaction is also an over reaction. I tend to find these holier that thou moral crusades on here a bit crap TBH.

I've always stuck to the much more simple
"only having sex with adults" rule. It's much simpler, and doesn't require having to any maths in difficult situations.

No, no I followed your rule.
One was 16 when I was 21, I wasn't getting any and she offered, was about as much fun as you'd imagine, lasted about a month, the other was my ex-wife who was 19 and I was 27 What can I say I was in love with the mental bitch, I managed to hang on for 6 years but eventually decided I preferred my own sanity to staying with her for the sake of our kid.

I think it's the way he carries himself after the event that winds me up in his case.
It was a distasteful story that implied an unhealthy interest towards the younger end of the age range and it got the abuse that whether fully deserved or not, was pretty inevitable.

And the fact that it may be made up actually doesn't make it much better to me. I just find him unpleasant and wouldn't want him near my family.

and, no, it's not an over-reaction. The man is a world-champion level tool with major issues.

However, I agree the reaction to the over-reaction-that's-actually-a-grown-man-acting-like-a-mentally-unstable-toddler is very much an over-reaction
