The whole time we were down there we only saw five of our many, many London based friends, four of whom we've known for YEARS - the other got us 3rd row tickets to Wicked for a pittance so it would've been remiss not to say thank you by buying her a drink afterwards. Internet randoms were not on the agenda. Next time. Maybe.

I owe you and Amberl many thanks for recommending it. Frankly, everything we had was fantastic, the baby pumpkin was remarkable considering I don't generally like squashes. We went with 2 friends who live in London and they were unstinting in their praise for the place. The staff were fantastic and even got chatting to me about my piercings.

But you could have told me in advance that they don't sell beer.
