Last night my best mate's girlfriend Tweeted Brendan Cole (also Antipodean) to say that if she got a reply she'd make her boyfriend buy tickets to his tour. He did - she sent me the screenshot - and subsequently my mate shelled out for said tickets. Although he would totally have been up for it anyway, he loves SCD.

No doubt, he won because he had the best partner
with the possible exception of Claire Sweeney who got a raw deal. Nonetheless the professional has to take credit for coaxing the talent out and making the best use of it. Ref. Aliona Vilani, who had a brilliant partner in Matt Baker but cannot choreograph for toffee.
