Coincidentally, I've just witnessed some of the best logic I've ever seen, in Morrisons.
They had one of those freestanding bargain things with bottles of Harpic in, labelled up with: 'McVities Biscuits 50p'
Being a miserable, awkward bastard, mr b3th decides to buy a couple, just so he can have a go at the girl on the customer service desk. Well, a man's got to have a hobby.
Turns out they actually were on special offer, at £1 a bottle, but that was still more than 50p, so we still went to complain.
The girl figured out what had gone wrong with the labels, but refunded us the difference anyway.
Except that she didn't. The receipt said the total for the two bottles was £3.44, but we'd had £1.44 taken off - meaning we'd paid £2 instead of £3.44. With me so far?
Her clever maths brain did some sums, then repaid us £2.44 - when we'd only paid £2 in the first place. So, go to Morrisons - they pay you to take their products away.
tl;dr - Morrisons employ idiots.
Alt: nothing yet, we've just had breakfast at Mossisons.

We got paid 44p to take away two bottles of Harpic.
Admittedly, it signifies the decline of the collective intelligence of the country, and takes away any hope for the future of our economy, but still.... 44p!

He did it because he thinks he's a consumer rights crusader. And likes causing a bloody fuss.
