How much weight have you lost?

(, Thu 22 Sep 2011, 12:31, 1 reply, 14 years ago)
11 pounds over the past four weeks
so not nearly as much as I expected or hoped.

Edit: though it might have been three weeks.
(, Thu 22 Sep 2011, 12:35, Reply)
That is sensible loss though
Too quick and it'll go back on again. Just think in a few weeks that will be a stone and that is fucking brilliant!
(, Thu 22 Sep 2011, 12:36, Reply)
^this
Well done Amberl.
(, Thu 22 Sep 2011, 12:38, Reply)
Thanks both of you
My aim is to keep it up until Christmas, then try and reintegrate to a more normal diet
(, Thu 22 Sep 2011, 12:44, Reply)
Good. You can't keep a diet like that up for very long.

(, Thu 22 Sep 2011, 12:45, Reply)
Not at Christmas anyway!

(, Thu 22 Sep 2011, 12:47, Reply)
Yeah I reckon four or five months is my limit
I'd miss not being able to have a piece of Christmas cake.
(, Thu 22 Sep 2011, 12:48, Reply)
Erm nearly a stone in a month is very quick indeed missy
probably faster than is healthy or necessary.
(, Thu 22 Sep 2011, 12:36, Reply)
I've done a fair bit of exercise as well
so I presume I could've built some muscle. But given that I'm stuck on 400 or 500 calories a day, I expected more
(, Thu 22 Sep 2011, 12:38, Reply)
Just keep at it and it will keep coming off
No rush
(, Thu 22 Sep 2011, 12:38, Reply)
My little sis doesn't eat much and finds it hard to loose weight.
She's had all sorts of tests and they can't find anything wrong with her.
(, Thu 22 Sep 2011, 12:40, Reply)
The bigger you are, the faster you lose
but for the size you are a stone in a month is very quick indeed.
(, Thu 22 Sep 2011, 12:42, Reply)
Cheers :)
my family have been fantastic. My poor sister and dad haven't had anything sweet or fattening in a month themselves, and have ended up using the rowing machine and trampolining as well haha
(, Thu 22 Sep 2011, 12:44, Reply)
*thinks about size of Amberls chest*
*thinks about the physics involved in trampolining*

*mind boggles*
(, Thu 22 Sep 2011, 12:46, Reply)
haha!

(, Thu 22 Sep 2011, 12:46, Reply)
She could earn a fortune letting men watch.

(, Thu 22 Sep 2011, 12:46, Reply)
My bra size is the only thing that hasn't gone down haha
I'm a tiny bit pissed at that. I have to suppress the urge to figure out how much it weighs then subtract it from my total weight for a more accurate figure.
(, Thu 22 Sep 2011, 12:47, Reply)
Get someone to weigh your tits
*waheys*
(, Thu 22 Sep 2011, 12:48, Reply)
My boobs shrank to nothing when I lost a lot of weight years ago.
Hence my reluctance to do it again. They're my most redeeming quality.
(, Thu 22 Sep 2011, 12:49, Reply)
I wish mine did that
I carry all my excess weight on my front - boobs and big fat wobbly belly. *sigh*
(, Thu 22 Sep 2011, 12:56, Reply)
*big fat wobbly belly high fives*

(, Thu 22 Sep 2011, 13:01, Reply)
*truffle shuffles*

(, Thu 22 Sep 2011, 13:03, Reply)
I did this, I have to admit.
Apparently I'm carrying an extra stone just on my chest.
(, Thu 22 Sep 2011, 12:51, Reply)
^ this
it's ridiculous.
(, Thu 22 Sep 2011, 12:52, Reply)
*faints*

(, Thu 22 Sep 2011, 12:52, Reply)
You should have seen mr b3th's face when he saw me weighing them....

(, Thu 22 Sep 2011, 12:53, Reply)
POIDH

(, Thu 22 Sep 2011, 12:57, Reply)
Yes but at least you're saving money
by not having to buy new bras.
(, Thu 22 Sep 2011, 12:51, Reply)
If I was a 32 C
I think I would spend a LOT of money on bras
(, Thu 22 Sep 2011, 12:54, Reply)
Except that you don't have to
because you can get them at primark for a fiver...
(, Thu 22 Sep 2011, 12:57, Reply)
but her back size will probably still go down
That's what happened to me. And the cup size went UP for christ's sakes
(, Thu 22 Sep 2011, 12:54, Reply)
Yes, because it's the ratio of boob size to back size
I was a 38B, and now I'm a 34C/D apparently.
(, Thu 22 Sep 2011, 12:56, Reply)
I started as a 34G
and ended up a 32J. I mean, that's just ridiculous. I feel like Lola Ferrari.
(, Thu 22 Sep 2011, 12:57, Reply)
Don't mind me...
I'm just going to sit here quietly lurking while you lot talk about your boobies.
(, Thu 22 Sep 2011, 12:59, Reply)
I wouldn't get too excited
Once you get past a certain size, they just look like one of those fat birds off the front of a magazine: 'It took a crane to get me up the stairs!'

I'd be quite happy to lose a few sizes.
(, Thu 22 Sep 2011, 13:02, Reply)
Ah but the power of the written word allows me to imagine something far more appealing
*imagines*
(, Thu 22 Sep 2011, 13:08, Reply)
My sis is a 38J and was a H when she was pregnant.

(, Thu 22 Sep 2011, 13:00, Reply)
A girl I know went to K whilst pregnant
It was like she had three baby bumps
(, Thu 22 Sep 2011, 13:07, Reply)
Did you accidentally feel the wrong bump?

(, Thu 22 Sep 2011, 13:08, Reply)
haha!
It was a one in three chance to get it right. I got it wrong....57 times
(, Thu 22 Sep 2011, 13:09, Reply)
*feels*

(, Thu 22 Sep 2011, 13:02, Reply)
Oh behave, you massive pervert.

(, Thu 22 Sep 2011, 13:03, Reply)
Never!
