There are two options with your last point.
The first is that she means what she writes, which makes her such a vile human being as to be utterly beyond any form of admiration.

The second is that she actually thinks something else, but writes those columsn pandering to the lowest level of society just to make some money. This also makes her a vile human being, beyond any form of admiration.

The same applies to Jeremy Clarkson.

I've totally got that sunday in November in my diary, I'll be getting back from a 2 day wedding so I might be a little bit shaky, but I suspect a nice pint will be just what I will need.
