Bit of a late response...It is not that I am indifferent to this, or any other news story. It's just this story tends to bring out strong opinions in people you might not expect to hear them from.
It's like immigration - the majority of those who live in fear of it generally have little or no experience of it.
Oh, and I'm not a girl, although I think you have already worked that out...
