i just fucked up my computer
what a twat - opened a thing from an email I shouldn't have (recognised the sender, didn't think to check it, I blame my cold) now lots of shit on my computer seems to have disappeared. :(

NO, it's not rheumatoid.
I just get sharp red-hot-knitting-needle pain, follwed by a constant ache for hours. Currently I have it in my knees, ankles, elbows FFS, back and hip.
Frankly, I have no idea how I'm still alive.

I think it's doing bad things. Opened it in safe mode and running malware checks - how the fuck after years of using internet and email and shit I suddenly just go "yeah, I know I'll just open a program from an email without checking?" ffs

Currently I'm running malware checks in safe mode as it decided it felt like rebooting. I'm posting from me netbook
