there are somethat aren't - radiohead fuck about with time sigs a lot, as do a few other bands, folk tends to quite often.

I was thinking more levelers or Gogol Bordelloor Flogging molly. and yes, I know one could argue those are in three totally separate genres, but thatb all have folky elements.

pretty sure one of the gogol bordellotracks is some other time sig, but who cares about that anymore, turns out I'm just some music geek (even though I'm not a particularly good one)
