there are some
that aren't - radiohead fuck about with time sigs a lot, as do a few other bands, folk tends to quite often.

I was thinking more levelers or Gogol Bordello
or Flogging molly. and yes, I know one could argue those are in three totally separate genres, but thatb all have folky elements.
