There was a story on here a while ago about someone who knocked out the power for the building, meaning the electronic doors weren't workingThe woman in charge didn't notice, walked quickly down the hall, waved her pass in the general direction of the sensor (which usually worked) and proceeded to walk straight into the closed door.
Wonderful mental image.
