Tea is good *slurps tea*
I was hoping for more in depth suggestions on the icing. I have cocoa powder and icing sugar and I could just mix the 2 with some water, but I thought there might be a better way. I have a good cake recipe but no idea how best to ice it.

Edit: I should add I'm going shopping before I bake so I'm not limited to these ingrediments.

If you had chocolate and cream, you could melt the chocolate over a bain marie (sp?) and then when the chocolate is all melted through, add in the cream and stir it until it's all combined in a glossy sauce that's YUM on cakes.
