Peroni. It's my new favorite beer.
That's the problem. Very good ready made sauces out there so why make your own. You'll be disgusted to know I've had a packet of biscuits in my cupboard for three weeks and not touched them.

Yes, I had heard this, but I thought it was worth trying. Now I know how it goes I might try for something simpler, but jars are looking mighty attractive right now.

I'd make the effort if I was cooking for a few people but I'll stick with jars just for me.
Found out that a good Indian restaurant in Burnley do cooking lessons. I thought about attending but I'm not that mad on cooking.

I wanted to see what I could do.
at least it ended u edible. I make experiment further, but I can't see it becoming a standard unless I cook up huge batches of sauce and use them over time.

It was a old recipe, hand written, it can up fine but it, needs another layer ideally
