Usually when my sister starts a conversation by text and then fails to follow up, like so:
Her: So do you fancy meeting up for a drink later in the week?
Me: Sure, I'm free Wednesday or Thursday which works for you?
*Tectonic plates move, new species evolve*
Her: I free either day, but I'm not sure which I prefer.
Me: OK, how abo0ut Thursday then?
*another ice ageetc*
and so on until finally snap and call her.

Alt: RED was pretty decent and I enjoyed it for the acting tallent alone.

Ah, glad you liked it.
Picked it up for myself ages back but got bored with tedious tales of people I'd never heard of, I was about to chuck it on the charity pile when I thought "I know who would like tales of obscure early rock'n'roll!", if it has gone to a good home then this is far better than mouldering in Oxfam. :)
