Attention please.
I am after a decent pub that does food of the traditional english dinner variety located preferably near either charlotte street, or Soho, or Angel actually.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

Be careful
I've heard that London is full of harlots and padfoots.

I can't think of any in Soho
and I don't know Angel at all.

But Charlotte Street has a few, if memory serves, but they get packed.

There's one that used to have a pie room that was fantastic, but I can't remember the name of it... It's blue and next to an alley way and if you come of Oxford Street going North past The Wheatsheath and then turn left and follow the road round...

That was so the opposite of helpful, wasn't it?

I'm going to spend hours on street view looking for this place now.
Only to discover it was painted green a year ago.

Newman Arms!
Where they filmed Peeping Tom.

Fuck that would have bugged me all night if I hadn't remembered.

32 Great Queen Street.
Closer to Holborn/Covent Garden but the food is excellent and the cocktails are tasty. The bar downstairs is a good spot to digest and have an espresso martini.

Me too!
I start my new job on Wednesday so I can ask about getting certain shifts off. I think I just have to put a request in online a week before hand so it should be fine.

Just out of interest, do the best people in the world work there?
Or at least one of them?

I don't think so.
One of the best people in the world will be working in a very lovely pub soon though...I'll gaz you.

I'd be too scared to post a link to where I'll be working.
In case any internet weirdos showed up. I know I shouldn't flatter myself, but I do appear to attract strange men.

Where's that cunt been by the way?
There's been far too little depressive self-absorbed bullshit around here this past week or so.
