I'm hassling them for flight credit so maybe I can get me and kiddo off to a beach in the new year.

you gots no choice.
we all agree to these Ts&Cs to avoid paying twice as much. Just bought my new years tickets from the chochoo people and you can bet that I signed away my first born when I did, but I was getting raped enough on price as it was so I didn't want to pay any more.

Yup, I'd have bought the ticket even if I had read the T&Cs properly because everything WAS right at the time I booked it.

This whole thing of having multiple ticket prices does my head in, I could be wrong but I can't escape the feeling I'm being fucked whatever happens.
