which sadly is in storage at the minute and I'm having to put up with the shitty ikea one which comes with the house. I did see the picture of the monstrously ugly one you posted on facebook though.
Let's have a linky?

I sat down on it, and thought "This is way out of my price range, no way could I have a sofa like this. This is the one I want though, it's perfect for me, I love it", but then I saw the price, and it's inside my range, and not only that, but it turns out that that price is for a 2 _and_ 3 seater. It's the only piece of furniture that I've really fallen in love with.

bugger me that's a bargain. It's a nice sofa too, but I have to say I prefer mine :)

They're end of season, I've got no choice in colours but am happy with those ones, they can get as many as I want 'till the end of the year, but then it's all gone for good. I honestly can't wait to be in my new place with all my nice new things that are all mine and I won't any more be struggling greatly every month and living in my OD, as my expesnes are more than halfed.
I also saw the dinning table I want, it's a glass and crome glass 4 seater that extends out to sit 6.
Hah, how comes yours are in storidge? Can't you ask the landlord to take them away and use your nice ones?

I managed to dismantle one and put it in the loft - which was a fucking battle, let me tell you - but to be honest as this is a basement bedsit I'm pretty sure I think I'd struggle to get my sofa down the stairs. TB will have it, if and when he ever gets his mortgage sorted.

Niiiiice work, although if it isn't that, I'm totally beating him in this race at the moment, if that helps at all.

he is having an absolute hellish time getting it sorted and the developers are being complete and utter cunts.
And no, that's not the plan either - do I look like a gold digger?

For the lawls: I ain't sayin' yo' a gold digger, but I don't see you with a heaverly pigmented gentleman of minimal wealth and afro-carabien family origan...ermm.....'gger.
Fo' Sho': Nah', not at all, you're quite a proud lass from what I can tell, who sees herself on her own way in life. If you were like that, and I reckon there are a few people who I reckon could possibly be like that, even on here... then I wouldn't have the hots for you ,)

sadly however I will never be able to get a mortgage on a scientists salary and I don't have any rich relatives. So it's renting for me, for the considerable forseeable future.

I think it's an extremely rare thing for someone to buy a place without some sort of inheritance (even if it's pre-death). Thing is though with a couple, is that you have the potential for a double income.

One of my sisters works in a factory that makes sofas for the big companies. Every few years she's allowed to buy one cheap. I can get one from her factory if I want.

I'm indifferent to the leather bits, I think the sofa is quite masculine in a lot of ways, if that makes sense, even though I'm not really a very masculine person.
