Yeah, I heard today that the only reason the economuy isn't growing is because
you're not allowed to sack people at a moments notice. It must be true it was on the news and all sort.

Yeah and because that's the case there's been a massive increase in tempoary workers.
There has been a large scale increase in temporary workers hasn't there?

I don't know. I don't know how to follow up question like that when they occur in my brain so I rely on the people on BBC breakfast to do that for me
and if they don't then I punch myself in the ear until I stop thinking about things like that.

I like it on BBC breakfast when one of them makes a mistake and gets flustered
I laugh about that and then talk to people about that at work.

This morning the man in the suit who I respect because he weats a suit played with a light saber toy
and the women played with a dog that was meant to shit on the table, but it didn't shit on the table and they laughed and she has a face like the back end of a bus.

You'll find little support for that law on here...

you definitely shouldn't be able to sack people at a moment's notice
but on the other hand, unions make it damn near impossible to sack people who are utterly useless at their jobs. There's got to be some kind of better balance than we currently have.

Also, for all the positive things about unions, one quick dose of RMT and the most left-wing yoghurt knitter starts secretly praying for the return of Thatcher.
